Accessibility statement
Our commitment to an accessible storefront and how to report barriers.
Commitment
We aim for the Synaptic Products storefront to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for core shopping journeys (browse, product detail, checkout handoff, contact, and policy pages). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certification.
Measures we take
- Skip links to main content and primary navigation
- Semantic landmarks (header, main, footer, labeled navs)
- Keyboard-visible focus styles on interactive controls
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motionwhere animations run - Form labels on contact and unsubscribe flows
- Native disclosure widgets for FAQ items
Known limitations
- Checkout card entry is provided by Stripe’s hosted pages; accessibility there is governed by Stripe.
- Some decorative product covers are marked presentational; if an image conveys unique product meaning and fails to load, the surrounding text remains the source of truth.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier, email contact@synapticfour.com with the page URL and what you were trying to do. We typically respond within one US business day.
