1. US B2B purchases

For US business buyers, refunds and defective-file remedies are described in our Refund policy (typically within 7 days for defective or materially different files). Change-of-mind after delivery is not refundable because the product is an instant digital download.

License limits and AI-content disclaimers are in the Terms of Service.

2. EU / Germany — digital content & withdrawal topics

If EU consumer withdrawal rules (Widerrufsrecht) apply to a purchase, digital content delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins may extinguish that right under the applicable digital-content exceptions. We design checkout for business / professional buyers; we do not currently offer a separate consumer storefront with a full German Widerrufsbelehrung package.

If you believe you purchased as an EU consumer in error, contact us immediately at contact@synapticfour.com before using the files. We will review the facts in good faith. B2B / Unternehmer purchases are generally outside the consumer withdrawal regime.
