Straight answers before you buy.
What do I receive after purchase?
Digital files (Markdown, PDF, prompts, or templates listed on the product page) plus access instructions by email. Nothing physical ships. Download links are typically valid for about 7 days—save the files when they arrive.
How fast do I get access?
Usually within a few minutes of a successful Stripe payment. Check spam/promotions if nothing arrives within 15 minutes. Contact support with your Stripe receipt and we will resend access.
Who is this storefront for?
US business / professional buyers (solo founders, indie consultants, and similar). Checkout asks you to confirm business use and accept the Terms before Stripe. We do not knowingly sell to children under 16.
Can I get a refund?
Yes—within 7 days if the files are defective or materially different from the product page. Because these are digital downloads, we cannot refund change-of-mind after files are delivered. See Refunds and the Withdrawal notice.
Am I allowed to use this with clients?
Yes for your own business and client delivery. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the raw files as a competing product.
Do I need ChatGPT or another AI tool?
Most kits work as plain templates. Prompt packs assume you have access to any capable AI chat tool; we do not require a specific vendor.
Is checkout secure?
Payments run through Stripe. We never see your full card number. You will return to a confirmation page after payment. See our Security page for more detail.
Do you support invoices, POs, or volume licensing?
Self-serve checkout is card-based via Stripe for single kits. For multi-seat, volume, or invoice/PO needs, use the Contact form with your company name, quantity, and billing requirements—we reply within one US business day.
