1. Scope

5. Email marketing (CAN-SPAM)

If we send commercial email, we will: (a) identify the message as an advertisement where required; (b) include our valid physical postal address; (c) provide a clear unsubscribe method; and (d) honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. Transactional emails about purchases or account access may still be sent as needed to fulfill your order.

Analytics processors currently include PostHog, Inc. and Google LLC (Google Analytics), only when you have granted analytics consent. We retain information for as long as needed to provide products, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

1. Agreement

By accessing this website or purchasing digital products from Synaptic Products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. B2B audience and eligibility

Target Audience: This website provides B2B products exclusively targeted at entities inside the United States. You represent that you are purchasing as a business (or on behalf of a business) and that you are not a consumer seeking consumer-only protections that do not apply to your transaction under applicable law.

3. Digital products and delivery

Products are digital goods delivered electronically after successful payment. Risk of loss passes upon delivery of access instructions or download links to the email address you provide at checkout.

4. License and acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials in your own business, including client delivery. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the raw files as a competing product or template marketplace listing.

5. AI-generated and AI-assisted content disclaimer

Some materials on this site and in our products are created or assisted by artificial intelligence systems and then curated or reviewed by humans. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific facts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any AI-assisted content before you rely on it, publish it, or use it with customers. We do not warrant that AI-assisted materials will achieve any particular business result.

6. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and charged through our payment processor. Taxes may apply based on your location and entity status. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in suspension of future access.

7. Refunds

Because products are digital downloads, refunds are limited. Unless a product page states otherwise, refunds may be available within seven (7) days if files are defective or materially different from the product description. Change of mind after delivery is not a refund basis.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the products, your content created with them, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, where the operator identified in the Legal notice (Impressum) is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory United States or state law applies to your transaction as a US business customer. Have counsel confirm the governing-law clause for your launch market.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" or "Last updated" line will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
